Yozora: Bat & Weasel Clan

There was nothing meek about the Horishi, despite him being half the size of an average red flying fox, with cataracts glazed over his eyes. His burden was a heavy one, tasked to inscribe blessing and purpose to those worthy of carrying an Irezumi, a marked body for a life time.

I wondered about my Irezumi - what would it say about me, and what will I become? I hope that I will be of great service to Leader Yozora ("Night Sky") who always keeps our skies dark and safe for the clan and for the weasels.

Artist Notes

This illustration depicts Yozora and her Yakuza Skysurfing Gang being stealthy and guerrilla - like, fighting always in the dark whether it be using smoke bombs or time holes.
